GF-ELTI Heat Treatment Tank Preheating Systems are plants connected to Heat Treatment lines and used to raise and control the temperature of the extinction liquid (typically Polymer) in quenching tanks.
This solution consists in installing GF-ELTI Radiant Tube Burners immersed below water level and intended to increase the temperature of the extinction liquid. In doing so, it is possible to bring the fluid temperature to the level either desired or recommended for the specific Heat Treatment and maintain it stable, above all in winter months.
Reheating and keeping the polymer at the temperature setpoint can reduce and control the intensity of the quenching process.
