GF-ELTI Automatic Opening / Closing Manipulators are plants ancillary to Pit Heat Treatment Furnaces.
These furnaces are generally equipped with an openable and mobile cover that is lifted by the Automatic Machines and moved away to lower the products inside the furnace. Automatic Machines move along runways and they are equipped with a series of jacks to hook and lift the cover. The cover is lifted and placed on an adjacent and closed furnace so that the loading machine for handling the products can place them inside the open furnace.
All handling units are properly shielded to prevent the furnace radiation from compromising their functionality.
